What to do with old routers and how to return them
Returning our router allows us to reuse and recycle it in a safe and environmentally friendly way. See how you can return it to us for free.
Why it’s important you return our router
When you get a new router, please don’t leave our old one in a cupboard to gather dust. There's life in our router yet, and we can help you return it to us for free.
Our routers are provided on a loan basis, so it’s really important they’re returned to us when no longer needed.
Just a gentle reminder, if you signed up after 1 Feb 2024 and you don’t return our router, you’ll be charged a £50 fee.
We reuse and recycle our routers
When you return our router, we’ll take any working parts from it and see if they can be reused. We'll dispose of the rest of it in an environmentally friendly way. So it’s good for you and the planet.
